Established in 2019 by Managing Partners, Carole Asker and Paul King, Optimum brings together a wealth of expertise, knowledge and experience that help our clients deliver their business objectives and goals.

Paul is a highly experienced business consultant and project manager who has worked in various parts of the Built Environment Industry for over 15 years, having delivered transformation and change programs for companies of all sizes, from start-ups to FTSE100’s.

Giles has over 25 years’ experience in the Housebuilding Industry, having held numerous senior positions including Construction Director, Operations Director, Divisional Chairman and Regional MD.

Gemma is a Chartered Accountant with over 11 years of experience as a Senior Consultant at COINS, specializing in delivering solutions to contracting and housebuilding clients.
Gemma Brown
Head of Contracting
Zoe has 13 years of experience in the housebuilding sector, working for one of the top 4 UK house builder as a Management Accountant and later in a project and systems role.

As a qualified Prince2 Practitioner, Linda excels at managing and successfully delivering client’s projects.

Project Manager
Rhodri is a highly qualified construction professional with 25 years of senior commercial experience, an MSc in Computing, and experience as a Business Systems Project Manager.

Kerry is a CIMA-qualified Management Accountant and Finance Manager with extensive experience managing and accurately controlling business finances, having worked in the Construction Industry for the past 8 years.
