But how do you know when a project is complete?

This is usually when you notice that the project is working for you, rather than you are working for it.

What does this mean?

At the start of the project, we want to know everything possible about your business and the people within it so that we can support your project accordingly. Whether it is understanding what modules of COINS you wish to choose, or what element of your business needs improving or progressing, we dive deep into the core of your business to become a part of it. At this stage you are working for the project, feeding it with information.

Once this information is gathered, we use it to bring your system to life, or to put plans in place to implement business change. This middle ground can sometimes involve learning more about your business if required but at this stage most of the important stuff will have been gathered.

So once everything has been pulled together and you start to use the system that has been implemented or you have started using the new processes and procedures to help your business change, you will come across challenges to get it just right.

The next step is when the project starts working for you… this is when all that hard work and graft that has been put in finally comes together and provides you with the solution you sought back in the early days of the project. Yes, there may be niggles that can be tweaked as you use this new way of working but the solution should now save you time, make your business more efficient and give you peace of mind that it is tailored to your business and what it needs to move forward.
